Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients:
6 fat-free flour tortillas
3/4 cup fat-free pizza sauce
3/4 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
2 tbsp. chopped green chilies
2 tbsp. chopped black olives
Directions:
Lightly spray large nonstick skillet with nonfat cooking spray.
Spread 1/2 of each tortilla with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce;
top with 1 teaspoon chilies and 1 teaspoon olives. Sprinkle
cheese over to. Fold tortilla in half. Heat skillet over medium-high
heat. Add tortillas 2-3 at a time and cook 2-3 minutes until
cheese is completely melted and tortilla is lightly browned.
Cut into wedges and serve.
