them! I am on my sixth day of FAT FREE Living and it is changing
my life. Since my first day of living Healthy my intense sugar
cravings have totally disappeared and I am at peace with food.

I have been doing the six rolling exercises featured in the
May issue of First Magazine for about 9 weeks faithfully and
I can definitely attest to the effectiveness of them. The
way my clothes are fitting I have lost at least 2 inches through
my waist, stomach, and hips. Since I haven’t changed
anything else in my life (no diet, etc) I know the exercise
from “Roll Yourself Thin In 12 minutes” are working!!
What more can I say. . .I love these exercises! I share then
with my friends when they ask what I have been doing to lose
so much weight. I am 38 years old, married with 2 children.
